Does the retreat include flights?
Flights are not included in the retreat package. However, the retreat itself is all-inclusive once you arrive, covering delicious local cuisine, guided food and cultural tours, transportation during the retreat, and light beverages and snacks. We can provide suggestions and assistance for arranging your flights to Kathmandu if needed.
Do I need to be experienced in yoga to join?
