A legal disclaimer

Acknowledgment of Risks:

Participant acknowledges that participation in yoga, meditation, cultural visits,

travel, and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to

physical injury, illness, accidents, or health issues, death as well as travel-

related risks in Nepal such as delays, cancellations, natural disasters, and health

emergencies. Participant understands and accepts these risks.

Health and Safety Responsibilities:

Participant affirms that they are physically capable of participating in the Retreat

activities and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions to the Organizer.

Participant understands they are responsible for their own health, safety, and

well-being during the Retreat.

Travel Insurance and Vaccinations:

Participant understands that it is their sole responsibility to obtain

comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, emergency

evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal liability. Organizer does not provide

or facilitate travel insurance coverage for individuals. Participant affirms they

have consulted their healthcare provider regarding necessary vaccinations or

health precautions required for travel to Nepal and holds all such vaccinations

and health precautions up to date.

Payment Terms:

- A non-refundable deposit of $280 is required to secure a spot.

- Full payment is due by January 8th, 2027

- Cancellations before January 8th, 2027 you will receive a refund of all amounts

paid minus the $280 deposit.

- Cancellations after January 9th, 2027: You will forfeit half of the total retreat

cost and the remaining balance will be non-refundable.

Assumption of Responsibility:

Participant agrees to participate voluntarily and assumes full responsibility for

any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur to them or their property during

the Retreat. Participant releases and discharges Organizer, its affiliates, staff,

instructors, and agents from any liability, claims, or demands arising out of or

related to their participation.

6. Medical Treatment

In the event of an emergency, Participant authorizes Organizer to seek medical

treatment on their behalf if they are unable to make such decisions. Participant

understands they are responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

7. Indemnification

Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Organizer from any claims,

damages, or liabilities resulting from their participation in the Retreat.
