Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest stupas in the world located in Kathmandu Nepal.
It’s a quiet sense of orbit as you walk around it. as though we are moving in sync with something far greater and expansive.

On our cultural tours and retreats, it’s a place we visit. I always leave energetically charged from this place. You can feel the silence mantras carried softly in the air. With full-body prostrations unfolding you can feel the heart, mind, and soul in it. time seems to soften, sweet buddha likes smiles surrounding us.
I couldn’t help but add some classical music too it.

Our next cultural tour has been rescheduled to April 2027. We pour a great deal of time and care into these retreats and gatherings, and wanted to allow more space for those who feel called to join. 🧡

Our first Heart of Nepal cultural tour & retreat was truly heart-opening! It’s hard to put into words how grateful I feel to have had the opportunity to create this experience in a place that has completely touched my heart. The small, intimate group made everything even more special. I feel so much love for everyone who joined. The warmth, vulnerability, and shared connection were deeply meaningful. 🧡

Feeling the shift in a good way lately.
Although I enjoyed the moody period.
I learned a lot about myself.
Or what it’s like to simply be human.
I thought it would be helpful to share this with those who follow me blindly, lovingly, silently, or just someone who is watching angrily.
I’ve changed... you have probably changed too.
Good for me and you really.
So, with that, what I’ll be sharing on this page has changed.
I love a good man, a bird, my darling Lalu, my town I’m in and Nepal, it’s obvious.
They have opened doors and gateways to my love, I don’t share anything that hasn’t and @__onekta has become my other half.. an alter ego that has been there waiting to express itself the whole time.
I have no idea where I’m going, and I kinda like the thrill of it. It feels natural to be in this state.

So, that will be this page now.
No more private sessions for now.
I don’t feel like sharing any advice.
Instead, I’ll focus on just enjoying my life.
If you don’t like it do your mind and mental state a favour and exit.. And if you don’t well that’s on you.
No hate about it.

For those who know me, I have spoken very highly of Satchidananda as a dear friend and teacher. He lives a fairly private life and does not like to promote yoga or himself through social media preferring to share yoga offerings / retreats organically while traveling through spending time in community and within ashrams.

However, for this occasion it’s wonderful to put a face & voice to the name.
We are both very happy to go online and discuss our love for Nepal and the upcoming retreat together answer any questions, or simply just to connect through this lens.

Thank you to everyone who annoyed me this year, for pointing me back to myself for me to see where it was coming from.

Thank you to the people doing their own thing, and for the moments l seemed to get hung up about it, I wouldn’t have known what I was all roughed up about.
There’s real power in feeling those feelings!

For the people who needed to cut me off and for the ones I had to cut off. Theirs no one to blame.
it’s just the way it goes here, there’s no love ever lost.

For the patterns that resurfaced for me to meet with more compassion.

To the people I judged without really knowing, then got to know and ended up loving!

2025 taught me anything truly honest and substantial takes time to grow!
so be patience with your own evolving.

Look after your own mental health, trust your own intuition, but don’t forget to look into yourself and your own par-take in it all.

4 years with you, it’s felt like much more for how deep we have gone with each other. You are fiercely loyal, a devoted partner, and a genuine good man. You never wavered, always consistent with your love, kindness, and forgiveness. You’ve taught me so much about what it means to just be a good person. You have no agenda, you don’t care to impress.
You effortlessly move through this life with so much love and grace. I’ve always said you are a natural at wu wei, with no effort just one with life. But you refuse to be labeled. You’re not trying to be spiritual, it’s refreshing being with someone not trying to be anything just kindly letting life come, with such a loving heart and presence.

I feel this year has been full of endings, we must bow things over so new beginnings can take place. Sad to say, it’s the end of an era for weekly studio teachings.

To be honest, it’s a unique and intense space where a lot of deep unraveling has happened. I’ve always felt the dark walls were alive, with the intersection just outside.

I’ve had many dreams and premonitions here,
as some of you know 😅. It felt like we were all swimming in the same river of consciousness within this space.

I’ve been very faithful to sharing certain techniques over my time teaching yoga in studios, with my highest prayer that they would stay with you for life. I’m grateful to have met some wonderful mentors, teachers, and friends along the way.

Been thanking the days.

Although a strange day.
Not bad.
Turned out to be bad, but good.
First music I heard was the ravens in the mornings trees.
The world so easy.
Disappears and then returns.
Won’t allow me to give up.
Almost lends a helping hand in a way.
I’m a one woman show for now,
learning as I’m going.
Watering my garden.
Inspired by the bird I met yesterday.
Helps me put on my favourite clothes that protects my everyday body.
When you don’t rest the body.
The body rest you.

Don’t worry about what has been in the result of past themes.
Just come to work your current situation.
Our own ego will trip us up and humble us.
Use it to ventilate the habitual patterns, when the patterns come back in a loop.
Don’t push them down when they do. Don’t fight with your karma. good for me and you really, when we get to see they have returned to be reviewed! It’s never a waste of time to even find yourself through even the moments of fall.

In the cold season.

I had to look into my own bitterness to see where it was coming from. I have to look inside my own envy, craving, wanting, judging, attention seeking. I had to see where my heart was closing. Ive got to know that other side to me. You know, there are two sides to you and me. Not always soft, not always in control as we would like it to be. You know the things most people don’t see? the things we are all silencing hiding.

I had to let things come undone a-little whilst silently observing. You know them conversations worth having. Truths worth unburdening. people are afraid to be themselves, I don’t blame them. It’s terrifying to accept one self fully.
But it’s something worth pursuing.
To find what you think you are missing.

Late last night after visiting Pashupatinath Temple i felt as though my whole room was alive. nothing was really solid anymore. Traveling back to Nepal this was the first place I wanted to come revisit in Kathmandu. I remember, as I sit quietly at this sacred Temple that this is all very temporary. This mind, this body, these worries everything will soon perish Into where it came from.

Humans will fight over even the most peaceful things and the strongest addiction of all is the made up stories in our mind. I see we have become too comfortable disliking others who are simply exploring and trying to live their lives. No matter what action you take, you will bump up against some form of internal-external criticism. You’ll truly always be damned if you do and damned if you don’t! Christ taught us that.

So, you may as-well keep opening, keep unfolding and follow your own path. Leaving some room for errors and know not everyone is going to understand the path. If you are so lucky to have the opportunity, go and enjoy this life! Look around you! this life is moving. We have played all the rolls, and whether you like it or not, we’re all a little piece of each other.

It is very disappointing to realise that we must also work on ourselves. To face what arises within us when it comes in loops, and seeing the source of our own suffering. Rather than depending upon a savior or just the magical powers of techniques. We must also give up our expectations and avoidance. We must allow ourselves to feel disappointment, which means surrendering our sense of ME-ness, My achievements, My persona.

Treading the spiritual path is both painful and beautiful. It is a constant unmasking, peeling off of layer after layer of masks. Even the spiritual ones. We can then begin to enter that void we so deeply avoid. Which has the potential to open us which could never come from the outside world.

How hard is fate? When you take a step forward towards your soul, at first you may feel as if you have sunk into meaninglessness and eternal disorder. In that case, you would be right.

Nothing will deliver you from disorder and meaninglessness, for this is the other half of the world. You are afraid to open that door, and so was I, because we have forgotten that God is good and terrible. Christ, shared God is love, but one must understand that love can also be terrible.

You must endure the temptations of fear and doubt, while simultaneously acknowledging, to the very bone, that your fear is justified and your doubt is reasonable. Otherwise, how could there be true temptation and true overcoming?

What if everything was exposed.
All thoughts.
All secrets.
Nothing was hidden.
Would we forgive each other? would we be alittle bit more compassionate too each other, and the shared predicament we have found ourselves in.

This shared rawness of experiencing.
Can’t you see it’s all mind and it’s all not ours.
Like all thoughts and feelings pass through; we are also just passing through. We can’t go under it; We can’t go over it; you have to go through it!

I wish you well as we work through our karmic relationships. Usually someone has us all wound up / fired up or worried. I hope we notice how emotional entanglements can ensnare and convince us.

meditating on whatever provokes resentment.
Solid me and solid you is what that’s creating.
It takes a willingness to see it all clearly.
I had to decide what to do with the time that is given to me.
What’s really going on here.
What’s happening within the person.
It’s been a slow unfollowing into self.
Self is critically needed at all levels.
With much rest.
Much solitude.
Much Visional’s.
there’s much to notice.
and many pulses of Anandohum.

I’m a-little tired for fluffy posts these days.

Not everyone wants to be your friend; love can turn to hate very quickly. That’s just the way it goes sometimes. If you’re feeling clear animosity and you feel like you can’t talk it out, respect that and carry on. Things change, people change and people won’t change for you. We can cause a lot of our own suffering trying to “fit in.” That yearning comes from a much deeper place go into it and guess what there’s nothing to fit into; you’re already complete.

Don’t take social media at face value; it’s not real life. I prefer people in person usually 1-1 people seem to change their mask in large groups and what you feel through a screen about someone is usually distorted. Don’t take it so seriously. People are generally good, and people can also be generally bad. Same goes for you and me. Just be yourself. Put your hands together own your shit and Lighten up a-little and nurture the relationships that nurture you.

Hello everyone, I’ve had many of you asking about how my recent travels went. I had trouble stringing together the words until now, so here’s the tea.

So while I had been gallivanting around India and Nepal for the past few months and let me tell you, it’s was one heck of a trip. During my travels, I had a front-row seat to the absolute chaos that goes on in my mind. Like, seriously, who knew there were so many hidden insecurities and messed-up emotions lurking in there? Although I was doing plenty of cool stuff, Traveling really gave me the space to watch my mind more acutely.

I realized that we are all abit of a hot mess of self-doubt, self-sabotage, insecurities and insatiable desires. And let me tell you, trying to figure ourselves and others out is like trying to solve a Rubik’s cube blindfolded.

it had been a non-stop parade of my own personal shortcomings smacking me in the face. I’d been questioning my intelligence, my choices, heck, even my ability to string a coherent sentence together. Haha But you know what? I’m here for it. Bring on the messy introspection and integration.

The more I peel back the layers of my own dysfunction, the more I see those same quirks in others. It’s like we’re all just stumbling around in the dark, bumping into each other and trying to make sense of it all.

But you know what? It’s all part of the journey. This trippy ass journey. By facing our own messy truths head-on, we can break free from the chains of our own unconscious blind spots and limiting beliefs systems and finally start to live our life. It’s a wild ride, but hey, at least we’re all in this hot mess together. Let’s embrace the chaos and come out the other side stronger, wiser, and maybe just a little bit more kinder to ourselves and others.
